The aim is to be competitive without turning repairs into a guessing game.
If you approve a repair, the diagnostic charge is deducted from the labour price.

If the quote does not make sense for you, you are free to decline the repair and pay only the agreed diagnostic charge.

No. If you proceed with an eligible repair, the £29 diagnostic charge is credited against the labour charge.
