The pricing promise

Diagnose. Quote. You decide.

The aim is to be competitive without turning repairs into a guessing game.

1

£29 diagnostic credit

If you approve a repair, the diagnostic charge is deducted from the labour price.

2

Parts need approval

We discuss the cost before ordering significant replacement parts.

3

No pressure to repair

If the quote does not make sense for you, you are free to decline the repair and pay only the agreed diagnostic charge.

4

We will say when replacement is better

There is no value in spending heavily repairing a machine that should realistically be replaced.

Pricing questions

What does “from” actually mean?

Why are some prices fixed and others “from” prices?

Remote help and diagnostics are predictable services. Hardware repairs vary because different devices require different parts and amounts of labour.

Do I pay £29 diagnostic plus the full repair labour?

No. If you proceed with an eligible repair, the £29 diagnostic charge is credited against the labour charge.

Are parts included?

Not unless a price explicitly says so. Where parts are needed, you will be told the expected cost before they are ordered.

Are these permanent prices?

These are Nexus launch prices and may change as the service develops. Any price agreed for your job before work starts remains the price basis for that job.
